• Designing, implementing, and providing standard support and escalation process, document, and protocol for technical issue handling & and resolution.
• Develop and maintain diagnostic and troubleshooting mechanisms for escalation issues according to a structured protocol.
• Active participation in technical project implementation within the ISP, involving the team in monitoring progress, and conducting essential pilot projects as per the ISP's needs.
• Implemented and managed robust endpoint security measures and policies to safeguard against potential threats and unauthorized access.
• Collaborated with cross-functional departments, Vendors, and teams, including IT, to ensure the alignment of network infrastructure with organizational goals.

Technical Supervisor

• Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks.
• Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases recommending improvements to network operations and integrating hardware, software, communications, and operating system.
• Able to troubleshoot and debug systems and components to identify and resolve issues.
• Installing, configuring, and supporting software database applications and network equipment
• Developing and evaluating complex system design and architecture along with data models and diagram.
• Hands-on experience with multivendor networking devices like switches, OLT, ATS, Rectifiers, etc.
